All private snow plow contractors must obtain
a plow permit when plowing in the City of Garfield Heights.
Permits can be purchased in person at the
City of Garfield Heights Service Garage
13600 McCracken Boulevard
$18.00 for the first vehicle
$5.00 for each additional vehicle
Please bring ID and Proof of Insurance
