The renting of single- or multi-family homes require owners to register the property, identify the occupants, and schedule inspections of each unit.
The fee is $200 for each Rental Unit or Property. Annual registration fee due by January 31st and inspection of rental property is required. A late fee of $150 is charged after January 31st.
