SOCCER REGISTRATION

 

Register at the

Dan Kostel Recreation Center

5411 Turney Road

August 2, through September 11th

COED - for ages 6 through 14

(Birth Certificate required for all 1st year players)

 

Any child who will be 6 and will not be 15 years of age

 on or before November 1 will be eligible to play

 

Children will be bracketed according to age.

 

FEES:  Resident -- $30.00

Non-Resident -- $60.00

 

All participants must have Current Rec ID Card

Resident -- $10.00     Non-Resident - $35.00

 

Registration anytime during open office hours.

Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.

Saturday  12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

(Provided Recreation Center is open)
