SOCCER REGISTRATION

 

Register at the

Dan Kostel Recreation Center

5411 Turney Road

August 6 to September 8, 2007

for boys and girls ages 6 through 14

Birth Certificate required for all 1st year players

 

NOTE:  Divisions will be Co-Ed

Any child who will be 6 and will not be 15 years of age on or before November 1 will

be eligible to play

 

Children will be bracketed according

to age.

FEES:  Resident -- $20.00

Non-Resident -- $50.00

Hours:  Monday thru Friday 8:30 am. - 4:45 pm.

Saturday & Sunday  1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

 

All participants must have a Recreation ID Card

Resident -- $5.00     Non-Resident - $25.00
